Why We Started Four Pillars
We didn't start Four Pillars because we saw a market opportunity. We started it because we each lived through something we never want another family to face alone.
Four Pillars Concierge & Care was founded from deeply personal, lived experiences shared by its founders—each of whom navigated the challenges of supporting aging loved ones without adequate guidance, flexibility, or compassionate non-medical care options.
Through these journeys, we witnessed firsthand the emotional strain, gaps in services, and lack of personalized support available to families who did not qualify for Medicaid. United by these experiences, we created Four Pillars to offer the kind of concierge-level, relationship-driven care we wished existed—care that honors dignity, independence, and the unique needs of every individual and family.
Our “why” is rooted in empathy, shaped by experience, and driven by a commitment to do better for others walking the same path.
